Privacy Policy
LifeTrack is a personal productivity, health and life-management app. Access is limited to registered accounts. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We use your email address to identify your account. We never see your Google password.
Information you add to the app. This includes your habits and check-ins, metrics (such as sleep, wake time, productivity time and body weight), workouts, notes, lists and tasks, and cycle-tracking entries if you choose to use that feature.
Technical data. Your browser stores small items locally, such as your sign-in session and your light or dark theme preference. Our hosting provider may process standard request data, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the service.
2. How we use your information
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To store and display your data across your devices.
- To operate, maintain and improve the app.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or build advertising profiles.
3. Services that process your data
- Google Firebase Authentication handles sign-in.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and API and stores your data in its D1 database.
- Microlink is used to generate link previews. When you add a web address to a note, that address is sent to Microlink to fetch its title and image.
- Content delivery networks (such as Google Fonts, jsDelivr and cdnjs) serve fonts and code libraries, which means your browser contacts them when the app loads.
These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We share information with them only as needed to run the app, and we do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires.
4. Health and cycle data
Some of the information you enter, such as body weight, workouts and cycle entries, can be sensitive. It is used only to show you your own records and statistics. The cycle section can be protected with a PIN that is stored only as a salted hash.
5. Google user data
LifeTrack uses Google Sign-In only to verify who you are, and receives only your basic profile and email address. This information is used for authentication and is not shared, sold or transferred to third parties.
6. Data retention and deletion
Your data is kept until you delete it or ask us to. You can delete individual items within the app. To have your account and all associated data permanently deleted, email us at the address below and we will process the request promptly.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Every request is verified server-side, and each account can access only its own records. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. You can also revoke LifeTrack's access to your Google account from your Google Account permissions page.
9. Children
LifeTrack is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
